About the role
Our client is seeking a detail-focused Cerakote Paint Sprayer to join their production team. You'll prepare and coat components to specified standards, helping deliver consistent, high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Pay: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Hours: Monday to Thursday, nine-hour days (36-hour week). Key responsibilities include: - Prepare, clean and mask components in line with approved work instructions. - Apply Cerakote coatings to meet specified finish and quality requirements. - Follow approved preparation, application and curing procedures. - Inspect finished components, identify defects and report or address issues through agreed processes. - Clean and maintain spray equipment and keep the work area tidy. - Complete production and quality records accurately. - Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH requirements and the correct use of PPE. - Work with production and quality colleagues to meet agreed schedules. The ideal candidate will have previous paint-spraying or industrial coating experience, a careful and methodical approach with strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safe working practices. Experience working with precision components or in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
