Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Benefits: Circa 10% annual bonus, 5 days paid sick leave per year Reporting to: Operations Manager We are looking for an organised and motivated Operations & Projects Support professional to join a leading joinery manufacturer in Winchester. This is a varied role combining fleet scheduling, field team coordination, and operations support. You'll help keep everything moving smoothly — managing field account managers' diaries and supporting operations and logistics. What you'll do: • Liaise with customers to confirm delivery readiness and capacity. • Schedule 4 field account managers' diaries and routes. • Support warehouse operations and stock control. • Help with upcoming project support.
