Collide Technical is working with a well-established precision engineering company in Poole, currently seeking a Semi-Skilled CNC Miller to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with machining experience looking to further develop their skills within a structured and quality-driven environment. The Role Working within a busy machine shop, you will be setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing precision components and supporting the wider production team. What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in CNC milling (setting and/or operating)
- Familiarity with FANUC controls is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using inspection equipment
- A reliable, detail-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and develop
